Terms & Conditions

1. Once payment is made for Consultation Services and an initial session has been completed, no refunds are granted. A refund for consultation services may be granted with a grace of 24 hours notification of the beginning of the initial session.

2. If there is no prior notification of a cancelled appointment, a $25.00 fee will be added before next sessions can be resumed. A 24hr notification is preferable however in emergency situations these can be worked out.

3. If you have sought consultation services with Karen, you are absolutely under no obligation to purchase the recommended products, food items from the Life Sustainers store or the Dispensary links provided on this website. You are free to purchase your products where ever you choose to shop.

4. For refunds from the HealthWave dispensary, please follow their policy.

5. In store shopping - We accept returns of unopened products up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any item on sale is non-refundable. If a product or food item is damaged or spoiled upon purchase we will exchange within 5 days of purchase. For warranty issues please contact the manufacturer.

6. For issues with Berkey Water Purifiers you are required to notify Berkey Water by NMCL berkeywater.com
